Traded Player Exception — a salary-matching allowance a team banks when it trades away more salary than it takes back, usable on a later acquisition for one year from the trade.

When a trade absorbs salary into a banked traded-player exception, the engine checks the exception exists, is big enough, and is still inside its one-year window.
